• Develop, implement, and monitor company organizational sustainability and energy strategies.
• Communicate plans and formulate budgets ($42M/year) and develop strategies to Department VPs and pillar team leaders.
• Develop forward strategy for procurement of utilities to obtain favorable rates, terms, and conditions.
• Analyze building systems to determine sustainability opportunities and suggest changes to operations and configurations.
• Direct, plan, and manage the Sustainability and Energy Program in alignment with university and hospital goals.
• Organize and coordinate services provided, oversee operations, and manage staff and budget in accordance with TJU policies and procedures.
• Work on interdisciplinary teams and projects to further overall organizational goals.
• Calculate building heating and cooling loads and work with water cooling towers, steam plants, building automation system, and energy conservation devices and techniques.
