- spearhead the use of Epic EHR and QLIK systems for data-driven decision-making
- guide adoption of Epic tools and educate ED providers
- develop and lead clinical and operational data use strategies
- ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and documentation standards
- maintain an active clinical role in the Emergency Department
- produce academic output in areas of clinical informatics and health IT
Requirements
- board-certified emergency physician (MD/DO)
- advanced expertise in health informatics, data analytics, and clinical operations
- strong collaboration skills with CMIO, IT, and HIM teams
- familiarity with Epic EHR and QLIK systems
- experience in clinical documentation tools and workflows
- ability to analyze and report on key ED metrics
- mentoring experience for residents and students
