About the role
- Maximize customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base.
- Drive tangible results by increasing adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products.
- Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate within a global marketing team.
- 80% Global focus on strategic growth initiatives.
- 20% Local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the local market.
- Analyze customers, industries, products, and regions.
- Design and execute campaigns for activation, upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement.
- Partner with Product, CS, and Data to identify expansion opportunities.
- Build lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges and behavioral triggers.
- Drive increased usage of cards, stablecoin, and payment products.
- Optimize spend volume, ARPU, and product adoption by cohort.
- Coordinate local customer activations, workshops, and events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
- Proficiency in SQL, or similar data querying language.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Previous experience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong mix of growth, data and user psychology.
- Thinks in habits and behaviors, not just campaigns.
- Obsessed with extracting more value from the existing customer base.
- Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions.
- Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
