About the role

  • Maximize customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base.
  • Drive tangible results by increasing adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate within a global marketing team.
  • 80% Global focus on strategic growth initiatives.
  • 20% Local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the local market.
  • Analyze customers, industries, products, and regions.
  • Design and execute campaigns for activation, upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement.
  • Partner with Product, CS, and Data to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges and behavioral triggers.
  • Drive increased usage of cards, stablecoin, and payment products.
  • Optimize spend volume, ARPU, and product adoption by cohort.
  • Coordinate local customer activations, workshops, and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, or similar data querying language.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Previous experience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Strong mix of growth, data and user psychology.
  • Thinks in habits and behaviors, not just campaigns.
  • Obsessed with extracting more value from the existing customer base.
  • Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions.
  • Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment.
  • Collaborative and team oriented.
