About the role

  • Work as an individual contributor to gather business requirements and provide effective SAP SD solutions.
  • Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations across all project lifecycle phases.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP SD business scenarios.
  • Develop functional specifications for new developments and change requests.
  • Handle and manage RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Ensure integration of SAP SD with modules such as FICO, PS, and ABAP.
  • Manage SAP SD pricing, rebates, and related configurations.
  • Work on IDOCs, EDI integrations, and interface handling with external ecosystems.
  • Interact with vendors and customers to define and refine requirements.
  • Monitor daily support tickets, analyze issues, and drive them to closure.
  • Provide effort estimates for incidents, enhancements, and project tasks.
  • Perform basic debugging when required to support issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP SD.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects and 1 S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and acquisition processes.
  • Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects.
  • Solid understanding of SAP SD pricing and rebates.
  • Experience in SD integration with FICO, PS, and ABAP.
  • Knowledge of SAP IDOCs, EDI, and interface integrations.
  • Exposure to SAP Project Systems is an added advantage.
  • Basic debugging skills are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a quick learner.
