Electrical Engineer

• Design power system facilities and equipment and coordinate construction, operation, and maintenance of electric power generating, receiving, and distribution stations, and distribution systems and equipment
• Develop conceptual layouts and sketches to drive the most efficient design on a project-by-project basis
• Participate in the planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating detailed phases of electrical engineering projects
• Develop equipment specifications
• Develop construction specifications and contractor scope of work documents
• Directs preparation of or prepares drawings and specific type of equipment and materials to be used, in construction and equipment installation
• Inspects completed installations for conformance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
• Work products will include: one-line diagrams, wiring drawings, panel layout drawings, motor schematics, instrument loop sheets, conduit and tray routing drawings and contractor scope documents
• Work with systems and equipment grounding requirements (high resistance, building and isolated grounding)
• Provide on-site start up support

Engineer

• Join a dynamic engineering team in the execution of client projects.
• Execute process designs primarily within the consumer products industry.
• Investigation and analysis of data to make sound process design decisions.
• Apply theory in a practical context to determine feasibility of design.
• Identify potential process upsets and malfunctions incorporating appropriate remediations.
• Apply commercially available technology for process execution.
• Maintain professional ethics in the application of codes and standards.

Process Engineer

• Execute process designs primarily within the consumer products industry.
• Investigate and analyze data to make sound process design decisions aligned with company, client, and project objectives.
• Apply theory in a practical context to determine feasibility of design.
• Identify potential process upsets and malfunctions incorporating appropriate remediations.
• Apply commercially available technology for process execution.
• Maintain high values on professional ethics in the application of codes and standards and in interactions with clients.

• Manage all discipline aspects of projects from inception through execution
• Develop and document the scope of work
• Size and specify instrumentation including pressure and temperature transmitters, flow meters, modulating control valves, regulators, on/off valves, and actuators
• Create datasheets and work with vendors to get quotes for instrumentation and valves for various applications
• Coordinate with process engineering team to select the appropriate devices
• Create schematics, termination drawings, or loop sheets for instrument wiring
• Design custom control panels to meet the project need
• Understand project success criteria and ensure client expectations are met
• Develop and track project costs
• Identify, document, and communicate changes to scope
• Identify and effectively respond to clients issues and needs
• Ensure value is provided to the client and develop & earn their trust
• Review and manage all project deliverables
• Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the project

Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

• Manage all discipline aspects of projects from inception through execution
• Develop and document the scope of work
• Create datasheets and work with vendors for instrumentation quotes
• Coordinate with process engineering team for device selection
• Create schematics and design custom control panels
• Identify and communicate changes to scope
