About the role

  • Strategic sparring partner for the CEO and executive leadership
  • Anticipate decisions, filter ideas, assess feasibility and prepare recommendations for action
  • Structure topics, set priorities, and produce analyses and decision papers
  • Coordinate executive-level projects, ensure consistent follow-up, and regularly update the CEO on status
  • Support the CEO’s personal LinkedIn presence (strategy, posts, topic suggestions)
  • Act as a trusted link between the CEO and the workforce, ensuring internal and external communication
  • Strengthen and actively develop company culture
  • Lead and coordinate company and team events, offsites, and internal workshops
  • Identify process improvements, create structure, and bring clarity to complex topics
  • Use AI tools and analytical methods for research and market analyses
  • Support the executive assistant with international tasks

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a strategic or executive-facing role (e.g., Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Executive Office Advisor)
  • University degree and strong analytical skills, with experience preparing decision papers
  • Structured working style, confident prioritization, and reliable follow-up — follow-up is one of your key strengths
  • High digital affinity; proficient use of modern tools (including AI) and comfortable working in dynamic environments
  • Strong communicator with excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently and turn ideas into clear plans
  • Hands-on, flexible, and able to stay calm, maintain an overview and focus when handling many concurrent topics
