About the role
- Assist customers by phone, email, remote access, and/or chat;
- Diagnose reported errors and provide accurate solutions;
- Log incoming support tickets in the platform;
- Provide guidance and answer questions about offered solutions and applicable accounting and payroll legislation.
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Good communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of payroll;
- Basic computer skills;
- Knowledge of eSocial;
- DCTF Web;
- Hiring and termination procedures;
- Calculations for vacation pay, 13th salary, and benefits;
- SEFIP/GFIP;
- Experience in technical support.
