About the role
- Assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store
- Train employees and make career plans together with the store manager
- Ensure and analyze the store's dashboard to achieve targets and KPI
- Deal with customer complaints according to company policy
- Attract and motivate customers into making purchases in store.
Requirements
- Retail Management experience
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
