About the role

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store.
  • Take ownership of a number of duties while making sure that the stores KPIs are achieved.
  • Train and making career plans together with the store manager for internal employees and promote progression within the group.
  • Assist with store recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training.
  • Ensure and analyzing the store's dashboard to achieve targets and KPI and, where possible, exceeded.
  • Deal with all customer complaints, ensuring that they are handled promptly , courteously and objectively.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is correctly priced, price amendments are actioned and all POS is correctly displayed.

Requirements

  • Retail Management experience.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
