About the role

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients;
  • Prospecting new clients;
  • Follow a scheduled route of visits, ensuring weekly/biweekly/monthly purchase frequency;
  • Ensure correct display of our products in all store departments, keeping them organized and visible to consumers on the shelf, and ensure product preservation and correct expiration dates;
  • Monitor competitors' commercial and promotional activities, noting prices, signage/exposure methods, and other actions;
  • Build rapport with customers according to their profile;
  • Manage commercial indicators (Sell-in and Sell-out);
  • Interface with administrative areas (logistics, trade, marketing, and finance);
  • Prepare analyses to identify commercial/financial gaps;
  • Prepare and review updated expense, incident, and sales reports;
  • Comply with JBS safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle;
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel;
  • Must reside in Goiânia and have knowledge of local customers. Main accounts: Atacadão, Assaí, Bretas, Costa Atacadista, Atacado Dia a Dia;
  • Availability to work throughout the State of Goiás and occasional visits to the Federal District (DF);
  • Preferably experience working with distributor teams, as you will be directing the distributor team.
