Scrum Master

• Act as a facilitator for agile teams, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
• Remove organizational impediments and manage interdependencies between squads;
• Support Product Managers/Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness (not just execution);
• Work in scaled-agile contexts, coordinating deliveries across multiple teams;
• Monitor and improve flow and performance metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability, quality);
• Promote transparency through metrics and communication with stakeholders;
• Act as an agile change agent, influencing practices and organizational culture;
• Facilitate conflict resolution and alignment between technical and business areas;
• Support the evolution of teams' agile maturity.
