About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a facilitator for agile teams, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
Remove organizational impediments and manage interdependencies between squads;
Support Product Managers/Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning;
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness (not just execution);
Work in scaled-agile contexts, coordinating deliveries across multiple teams;
Monitor and improve flow and performance metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability, quality);
Promote transparency through metrics and communication with stakeholders;
Act as an agile change agent, influencing practices and organizational culture;
Facilitate conflict resolution and alignment between technical and business areas;
Support the evolution of teams' agile maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher;
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role within agile environments;
Experience with cross-functional teams and digital products;
Experience with scaled agility (e.g., Nexus, SAFe, or similar);
Knowledge of flow management (Kanban) and agile metrics;
Experience with tools such as Jira;
Ability to operate in environments with multiple stakeholders;
Clear communication and strong facilitation skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Flight Levels or organizational agility;
Experience in enterprise-level agile transformation;
Certifications such as PSM, CSM, and KSD.
