About the role
- General accounting (Odoo & Pennylane)
- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Odoo
- Prepare quarterly closings with external accountants
- Billing and accounts receivable
- Accounts payable & payments
- Management and verification of delivery notes
- Coordination of consolidated accounts
- Support to Management
Requirements
- Degree in accounting / finance
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an SME / startup environment
- Proficiency in Odoo required (accounting, invoicing, journals)
- Strong knowledge of general accounting
- Comfortable with internalizing and structuring accounting processes
- Rigorous, reliable and well-organized
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the finance leadership and external partners
- Good analytical skills and ability to detect anomalies
