About the role
- Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth

- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients
- Business Forecasting: Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals
- Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads
- Regional Travel: Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts
Requirements
- Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of sales, within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable
- Industry Relationships: Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or dedicated region
- Business Development Experience: Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal
- Self-Motivated: A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities
- Problem Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success
- Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
