About the role

  • Strategic consulting and translating technical requirements into commercial solutions
  • Acquisition and advisory of merchants for agency services / SaaS solutions within the Shopify ecosystem
  • End-to-end responsibility from qualifying through the demo to contract signing and handover to the delivery team
  • Active maintenance of relationships with Shopify partner managers and technical partners
  • Identification of trends in the D2C market to adapt pitch decks and messaging
  • Connecting e‑commerce solutions with additional technology services

Requirements

  • Demonstrable success in B2C and B2B sales within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital agencies
  • Experience with methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPIN Selling is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Shopify (differences between Core and Plus, API capabilities, basic Liquid knowledge)
  • Analytical skills (unit economics: CAC, CLV, AOV)
  • Business-fluent German (comfortable with C-level communication) and fluent English
  • Confident use of Salesforce and sales-intelligence tools
