• Provide product leadership for backend product development – from vision to go-live
• Create and prioritize the product backlog; define epics and user stories
• Coordinate integration of mobility partners, third-party providers, and internal services

• Ensure quality, performance, and technical feasibility

• Support new colleagues during the onboarding process, including ordering hardware and setting up accounts
• Ensure secure handling of offboarding and return of devices

• You establish quality and working standards, ensure smooth processes, and organize effective onboarding and offboarding to secure knowledge transfer and continuity
• You present experience concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders and work closely with product management and experience strategy
• You are responsible for the product's UX/UI strategy and ensure user-centered design decisions that support the product vision, business goals, and user needs
