About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You manage the full recruitment process with a clear focus (depending on your individual experience and preference) on either technically demanding IT roles, project management positions, or central business functions, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
  • You build a trust-based, collaborative partnership with our leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to define requirements precisely and successfully fill roles.
  • You oversee the transition from offer to seamless onboarding and work closely and cooperatively with our HR Operations team.
  • When needed, you proactively identify and approach suitable talent via relevant platforms and develop a sustainable network within relevant communities.
  • You actively support the continuous improvement and optimization of our recruiting processes and promote the use of modern AI tools to increase efficiency in daily workflows.
  • You contribute to strengthening our employer brand and design and implement targeted recruiting campaigns to engage specific talent groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, either in an in-house role or on the agency/recruitment provider side.
  • Practical experience using innovative recruiting technologies and targeted application of AI tools to optimize your daily workflows.
  • A good sense for digital HR trends and enthusiasm for independently implementing new ideas and initiatives.
  • Initial hands-on experience in designing and running target-group-specific campaigns and measures for employer positioning.
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation level) and fluent English.
