About the role

  • Act as a trusted Finance partner to leaders across key business units to provide financial insight, embed cost discipline and challenge decision-making.
  • Provide transparent and actionable budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial reports. Drive the monthly Finance Reporting Pack (e.g. GM analysis, OPEX analysis, headcount analysis).
  • Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and optimise business performance.
  • Work with gaming teams to understand the gaming roadmaps.
  • Partner with and support key stakeholders to assess financial impacts of transformation projects to support long-term business strategy.
  • Support business cases for investment decisions, including ROI analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Finance Business Partner in addition to experience as a Finance Analyst or working within an FP&A function.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting standards and management accounting techniques.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Confident in building and delivering detailed analysis, turning complex data into clear, business-ready recommendations.
  • Experience in a PE-backed or technology-driven business is highly desirable.
