Solutions Engineer

• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the Jadu Platform
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Provide technical and functional support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing technical proposals
• Support US Alliance team and partners from point of sale through deployment and handover of the platform
• Act as single point of contact for partners during deployment, coordinate internal teams and partner communication
• Work with product management and engineering to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap
• Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends and train/support partners and customers on product capabilities
