About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and lost clients
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups
- Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (service-based industry)
- Strong experience in lead generation, penetration, and cold calling
- Previous experience in localization or advertising is a plus
- Account management experience is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques
- Proficiency in English
