QA Engineer

• Test design & automation
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and TypeScript with a BDD framework
• Create and maintain manual and automated test cases across all test levels — component, integration, and end-to-end
• Perform exploratory testing and drive thorough test coverage across frontend and backend services
• Implement test design patterns such as Page Objects to ensure maintainability and scalability
• Leverage AI tooling — including internal MCP integrations — to accelerate test generation, coverage analysis, and defect triage; contribute to building AI-assisted QA agents as part of our quality automation roadmap
• Quality processes & collaboration
• Ensure high software quality within scrum teams by establishing QA processes and working closely with developers and product owners
• Lead and participate in three-amigos sessions to define clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies and best practices to improve testing effectiveness across the organisation
• Reporting & documentation
• Manage test cases, test plans, and execution cycles in Xray, keeping coverage and traceability aligned with requirements
• Document and report defects with accurate, detailed descriptions using designated bug tracking tools
• Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and documentation for stakeholders and project teams
• Maintain testing procedures, test plans, and verification documents in line with project requirements
• Mentorship & knowledge sharing
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of learning and quality ownership

Quality Assurance Engineer

Operations

• Design, own, and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program for AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers - including structured tracks, milestones, assessments, and ramp benchmarks
• Certify new reps on product knowledge, messaging, and sales methodology in partnership with Sales leadership
• Coordinate with HR, Product, and Marketing to keep onboarding content current; track time-to-productivity and iterate based on results
• Facilitate live training sessions, role-plays, and skills workshops for new hires and tenured reps
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales and Marketing - translating rep needs into content and tool requests
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts
• Ensure all sales content is organized, current, and accessible in the enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
• Coordinate sales input on product launches, campaign alignment, and messaging updates; support rollout and adoption of new sales tools
• Own the RFP content repository - keeping standard responses, company information, security questionnaires, and supporting materials up to date
• Manage end-to-end RFP response: intake, triage, assignment, drafting, review, and submission
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Finance for accurate, timely responses; enforce quality standards and approval workflows
• Track RFP win/loss data to improve future responses; evaluate and implement RFP automation tools (e.g., Responsive, RFPIO, Loopio)

Sales Operations Enablement Manager

Accounts Receivable

• Run billing and collections across our US and Australian entities, including multi-currency (USD/AUD) invoicing and time-zone-aware collections follow-up.
• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices for SaaS subscriptions, renewals, usage/overage, and professional services, in line with signed contracts and order forms.
• Own collections: monitor AR aging, run dunning, follow up on past-due accounts, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans where needed.
• Apply incoming payments (ACH, wire, credit card, check) and reconcile them against open invoices; investigate short-pays and discrepancies.
• Maintain the AR sub-ledger, reconcile AR to the GL, and support a timely month-end close.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps on billing changes, renewals, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records in the billing system / ERP.
• Track and report on DSO, collections effectiveness, and aging; flag risk early.
• Support internal and external audits with clean, well-organized documentation.
• Identify and drive billing-process and automation improvements.
