• UX Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end user experience, translating complex clinical needs into intuitive, high-performance interfaces. Turn early concepts (e.g., integrating Diagnostic Imaging AI outputs into reporting) into production-ready tools used daily in clinical practice. Monitor adoption post-launch, identify friction, and iterate until workflows truly fit routine use.
• Product Partnership: Work in a tight “triad” with Product and Engineering to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business goals.
• People Leadership: Lead and mentor our User Researcher and UI Designer (functional & disciplinary), building a culture of mentorship, high standards, and empathy.
• Clinical Workflow Optimization: Go deep on radiology (and later pathology) reporting workflows to reduce cognitive load and remove friction.
• User-Centric Advocacy: Ensure user insights and data meaningfully shape product decisions across the organization.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, and display/retargeting campaigns with continuous testing of creative, targeting, and landing page variations
• Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific hospital systems and radiology practices
• Scale paid media budgets strategically based on performance data and business growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team on ad creative briefs and campaign messaging

• Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery of Fluency for Imaging across the United States, Canada, and Europe, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
• Oversee implementation of Fluency Direct across the United States and Canada with the same rigor and accountability
• Drive standardization of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices specific to radiology reporting, dictation workflows, and clinical documentation optimization
• Lead change management and adoption efforts among radiologists, ensuring effective training and long-term utilization of speech recognition and AI capabilities
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams during pre-sales to support solution design, technical validation, and accurate scoping
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate client feedback, regulatory requirements, and workflow enhancements into the product roadmap
• Establish and maintain implementation best practices, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to system implementation, including user adoption, voice recognition accuracy, and system performance
