Business Development Rep

• Overcome objections and use investigative questioning techniques to get past the gatekeeper and to the decision maker
• Become an expert in our companies’ suite of staffing and technology solutions
• Master the ability to communicate our value propositions for each product/service
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly activity and business development goals
• Source for new sales opportunities using various sourcing techniques including but not limited to cold calling, web crawls, email marketing, networking and LinkedIn/social media
• Qualify prospective clients by having in depth conversations with lead contacts to determine if the prospect has a business challenge or need that our companies can address through our product/service offerings
• Create, organize and track activity, leads, meetings and opportunities using selected CRM
• Meet weekly with the VP Client services and assigned recruiters (if applicable) to identify key target accounts and develop sales strategies that result in prospecting new business opportunities
• Attend office meetings/trainings as requested by management
• Travel to client sites to build relationships and secure new sales opportunities when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Business Development Manager

QA Engineer

• Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce, React, Ruby on Rails, C#, and React Native applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, security, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms
• Ensure usability, security, and reliability for React Native mobile apps on iOS and Android
• Validate APIs, data flows, and Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Conduct penetration testing and security assessments using OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite
• Ensure compliance with OWASP Top 10, SSDLC, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA standards
• Track bugs and test progress using Jira and provide quality and security reports to stakeholders
• Enhance automated test frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities
• Travel up to 15% nationwide and work occasional additional hours to meet project goals
