About the role
- Negotiate contracts independently with third parties
- Provide support to Company initiatives involving mergers and acquisitions
- Independently interpret existing agreements and advise on complex situations
- Manage corporate governance matters
- Conduct legal analysis and communicate legal advice
- Leverage and manage outside counsel
- Support special projects of significant importance
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of corporate transactional experience
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions
- J.D. degree from a nationally recognized law school
- Active license to practice law in the U.S.
