About the role
- Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers, updating confirmation agreements, processing timecards/expenses, and tracking candidate submission checklists.
- Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and the internal team, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
- Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately in the HWL platform.
- Keep inboxes organized and respond to client and agency emails promptly, aiming to address queries on the same business day.
- Handle issues effectively and with a sense of urgency, while maintaining a positive image of the company.
- Work closely with the Account Management team, keeping them informed of any significant problems or activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various financial and business applications; willing to learn company-specific platforms.
