About the role

Develop, lead, and deliver best-in-class perioperative transformation service line.
Identify and develop potential clients, achieving new and add-on sales revenue exceeding $3 million annually.
Ensure best in class project implementation through effective leadership of project teams.
Develop, maintain, and apply perioperative assessment and implementation project tools and work plans.
Provide orientation and mentoring to new and existing consultants.
Assist with corporate budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning initiatives.
Represent the company as a speaker at national and international meetings.

Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a health or business related field.
Doctorate of nursing is preferred.
Significant history of success in perioperative consulting sales and project direction.
Minimum of 5 years as an active perioperative consultant.
Expert at developing proposals, negotiating, structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations, and planning marketing strategies.
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to meet people where they are, assess their needs, and provide solid direction and support throughout the change process.
Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment and motivate teams.
