Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; or commiserate education and experience.
- 5 to 7 years of direct Human Resources experience
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience
- At least 2 years of HR experience with fully remote or hybrid interstate teams preferred
- SHRM or PIHRA certificate preferred
- Foundational broad and current subject matter knowledge in federal and state employment laws
- Understanding of international employment law preferred
- Proven aptitude for strategic human resource planning and thought leadership
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Familiarity with Korn Ferry Competencies and its organizational applications preferred
