About the role
- Execute digital campaigns across paid media, email, and owned channels
- Support fundraising campaigns, events (including Jack Ride), program promotion, and brand initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Development, Programs, Communications, and external partners
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
- Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI
- Support and manage email campaigns from planning through deployment and reporting
- Track campaign performance across email, paid media, and web
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and assets across teams and agencies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital, performance, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with paid media (Google Ads and/or Meta)
- Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, landing page optimization
- Experience using email marketing or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with data and performance metrics
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to take ownership and follow projects through
