About the role

  • Execute digital campaigns across paid media, email, and owned channels
  • Support fundraising campaigns, events (including Jack Ride), program promotion, and brand initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Development, Programs, Communications, and external partners
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI
  • Support and manage email campaigns from planning through deployment and reporting
  • Track campaign performance across email, paid media, and web
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and assets across teams and agencies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital, performance, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (Google Ads and/or Meta)
  • Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, landing page optimization
  • Experience using email marketing or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to take ownership and follow projects through
