About the role
- Own all digital models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and configuration integrity across programs and project phases.
- Establish and maintain authoritative BIM and 3D reference models used by engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams.
- Define and enforce modeling standards, naming conventions, data structures, and version control practices.
- Conduct regular model audits and QC reviews; maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and LOD standards (200-400) across project phases.
- Develop and maintain a BIM factory approach enabling repeatable, scalable design deployment across multiple sites.
- Build and continuously improve a library of standardized Revit families, parametric assemblies, shared parameters, and project templates.
- Embed modular and prefabricated assembly logic into reusable digital content; document design reuse strategies and family development standards.
- Manage configuration control for layouts, assemblies, and system interfaces across program phases.
- Perform clash coordination across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines using Navisworks or equivalent.
- Author and maintain construction document sets — plans, elevations, sections, and details — for permit, fabrication, and construction use.
- Ensure spatial compliance with manufacturability, serviceability, constructability, and scalability requirements.
- Serve as the central coordination point for spatial integration across power, cooling, structural, and cabling systems.
- Facilitate model coordination reviews resolving clearances, access zones, installation sequencing, and maintenance envelopes.
- Interface with GCs, subcontractors, and AOR/EOR teams; support RFI responses and design/constructability reviews.
- Support DFM, DFA, DFS, and Design for Scalability through model-based spatial analysis.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to embed DFx requirements into digital models and reference assemblies.
- Identify spatial conflicts or design deviations that impact downstream manufacturing or construction workflows.
- Manage equipment tagging and COBie data population to support CMMS and facilities management handoff.
- Incorporate field redlines and change orders into record models to maintain as-built accuracy and support transition to operations-ready BIM.
- Administer Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and supporting 3D modeling platforms.
- Drive automation and workflow improvements using Dynamo, Python, or equivalent scripting tools.
- Develop and maintain digital engineering standards, playbooks, and onboarding materials.

- Proven experience developing Revit family libraries, project templates, and configuration-controlled reference models
- Demonstrated clash detection and MEP/structural coordination experience using Navisworks or equivalent
- Data center, industrial manufacturing, or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred; hyperscale or modular/prefab delivery experience is a significant plus
- Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit preferred but not required
