About the role
- Own and manage IT Disaster Recovery (DR) activities for the Americas region
- Coordinate and conduct regular DR exercises
- Identify and drive improvements to DR plans
- Support leadership communication during DR exercises and incidents
- Oversee the IT Infrastructure Services Risk and Exception Management Process
- Act as a key liaison to ensure infrastructure risks and dependencies are understood
- Lead and conduct IT infrastructure assessments across sites
- Ensure all personnel are adequately trained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Disaster Recovery, IT service continuity, or IT compliance
- Hands-on experience with IT service continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Strong understanding of IT Disaster Recovery frameworks and methodologies
- Working knowledge of international Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity standards
- Experience with IT infrastructure assessments is a strong advantage
- Experience with Mendix development is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (required)
