About the role

  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to the New Business Pricing or Quarterly Pricing process.
  • Ensure that incoming quote packages and outgoing costed BOMs or pricing files are being analyzed and managed for timeliness, completeness, and competitiveness.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills that provide both our internal & external customers an unparalleled level of service and costing solutions.
  • Solicit ongoing feedback from Supply Chain & Business Development on elements that would allow us to become more efficient and cost effective.
  • Effective management of support infrastructure for Quarterly Pricing or New Business activities.
  • Regularly communicate activities and related deliverables.
  • Actively promote best practices across the costing organization.
  • Understand the Corporation/Sectors and the BU’s strategic direction.
  • Review quotes and strategy with Commodity Management, Sector Technical Experts, etc., when making sourcing decisions to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Market Jabil’s Supply Chain Management expertise both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or equivalent discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years work related experience, preferably in electronics or mechanical procurement/supply chain.
  • An APICS or NAPM certification
  • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  • Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
  • Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes.
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
  • Strong and convincing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
