Perform as a technical leader across disciplines and or technologies and assist management in meeting our strategic initiatives
Drive the proficiency within the team, assure best practices are followed and support the delivery of quality solutions
Review and evaluate new technologies that may be beneficial to current and upcoming project work
Design site and regional infrastructure solutions based on customer requirement and Technology Services processes
Participate in the technical design review process to ensure high quality technical designs
Align Infrastructure solutions within the overall Technology Services strategy
Acts as an escalation for technical issues and support
Identify and communicate risks to the business
Perform as a mentor to regional and site resources on process and techniques to assure proficiency within the team
Perform research and analysis on new technology and business practices with the team

Requirements

8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles
Strong hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure environments (AD, GPOs, Cisco, Windows/Linux systems)
Proven ability to deliver in complex, multi-site IT projects, preferably with M&A involvement
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
