- ability to review, draft, and negotiate standard contracts, amendments, and addendums under the guidance of legal counsel
- proficiency in maintaining a centralized and organized contract management system
- ability to track contract key dates, including expirations, renewals, and critical milestones
- strong communication skills to liaise with internal departments
- ensure contracts adhere to company policies and legal requirements
- assist with preparation of contract-related reports and analyses
