Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management, including 5+ years in capability deployment
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and technical acumen
