- Secure commercial partnerships with global brands, agencies, and rights holders.
- Operate confidently at C-suite level with CMOs, Chief Brand Officers, and agency leadership.
- Balance near-term revenue delivery with the cultivation of strategic, long-term client relationships.
- Position JAAQ Studio as the go-to partner for culturally relevant, purpose-led content.
- Anticipate market trends and turn them into differentiated, compelling propositions.
- Build repeatable, scalable products and partnerships that accelerate growth.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial team, setting clear standards and growth targets.
- Represent JAAQ Studio at board level, across the industry, and in the media.
- Act as a visible ambassador for JAAQ’s mission, shaping the future of branded content and purpose-driven marketing.
Requirements
- Building and scaling commercial propositions in media, branded content, or partnerships.
- Landing and growing partnerships with global brands (ideally across sport, entertainment, lifestyle, or purpose-driven sectors).
- Owning P&L and driving significant revenue growth.
- Navigating complex stakeholder environments – from C-suite client contacts to creative, media, and production teams.
- Able to spot market whitespace, craft compelling propositions, and position them with clarity and impact.
- Established reputation and network at C-suite level with major brands, agencies, and media owners.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and execution-driven – comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Confident in building from scratch and working hands-on to make deals happen.
