About the role

  • Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and PV modules in the BeNeLux market
  • Focus on account development, new customer acquisition, and market expansion
  • Actively manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities for both ESS and PV module solutions
  • Own end-to-end sales activities for assigned customers, including commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and after-sales coordination
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers
  • Collect and analyse market intelligence related to energy storage and solar markets
  • Coordinate closely with presales, HQ counterparts, logistics, operations, and service teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful project execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the PV and/or ESS industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of PV and energy storage market dynamics and policies in the region
  • Existing customer network in the region is a strong advantage
  • English: C1 (professional working proficiency); Additional local language (C1 level) is a plus
