About the role
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of our global operations employee training programs within their region
- Enhance employee performance by managing and implementing standardized on-the-job training programs
- Work with operations departments to support creation of training materials
- Conduct on-site training and facilitate group training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs by maintaining KPI’s based on records of training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with degree emphasis in Operations Management, Learning and Development, HR, or a similar field
- 5+ years of Training & Development Experience
- Knowledge of online training methods and best HR practices
- Proficiency in learning management systems
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
