About the role
- Execute sales and field plans to achieve distribution and sales targets across your territory
- Implement planograms and optimise shelf space for Simplot products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and internal stakeholders
- Drive promotional activity - pre-sell, set up, and monitor compliance for new lines and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and provide timely insights to the business
- Use Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools effectively for reporting and data management
- Attend cycle meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of market trends and initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG or supermarket environments
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Competence with digital tools and reporting systems (SFA experience is a plus)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across planning, reporting, and execution
