About the role

  • Support external providers during transitions to an Electronic Healthcare Record system
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external provider organizations
  • Document and track performance issues and patient matching issues
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder sessions involving external providers, vendors, and technical/operational teams
  • Facilitate and schedule Community Care partner and stakeholder meetings seamlessly

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • 5 - 9 years' experience is required
  • Knowledge of data interoperability
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database and SharePoint
  • Experience with the MS Teams collaboration environment
