About the role
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from receipt through execution and close-out, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate the internal contract review and approval process
- Obtain and distribute required bonds and insurance certificates to customers
- Track contract execution status and follow up on fully executed agreements
- Prepare and execute contract exhibits and related documentation
- Review and assist with lien waiver processing
- Support Accounting with compliance management, including insurance certificates, purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
- Assist with job close-out activities as needed
- Issue insurance certificates to clients
- Maintain organized and complete contract files
- Ensure documentation is properly saved and updated in internal systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of related experience
- Construction contract experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and document management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills.
