Business Development Rep

• Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe leads en het bijdragen aan de uitbreiding van ons klantenbestand.
• Je werkt nauw samen met het sales team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Regional Director.
• Het identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten in een van de landen waar we actief zijn.
• Het opzetten van afspraken en presentaties om ons product en bijbehorende diensten te presenteren.
• Het onderzoeken van de markt en concurrentie in verschillende landen.
• Het ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van internationale salesplannen.

Human Resources

• Assist in drafting and publishing job postings.
• Pre-screen applications and take part in interviews.
• Welcome new hires (preparing contracts, onboarding, training on internal tools).
• Improve our onboarding process to ensure an excellent experience from day one.
• Attend one-on-one meetings (feedback, objectives, development).
• Help implement initiatives to boost engagement (employee surveys, workshops, etc.).
• Help analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Organize internal events (afterworks, team-building).
• Coordinate logistics and communications to maximize participation.
• Propose creative ideas to strengthen team cohesion.
• Manage administrative files (contracts, amendments, absences).
• Assist with payroll preparation (in collaboration with our external partner).
• Update our HR tools (database, tracking spreadsheets).

HR Intern

• - Identifying and approaching potential customers in one of the countries that we are active in
• - Setting up meetings and presentations to present our product and related services
• - Researching the market and competition in different countries
• - Assisting in the preparation of international sales plans
