About the role

  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused solutions that enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall business value
  • Work effectively with internal departments to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Partner with department and company leaders to identify, propose, and implement strategies that enhance product offerings and service delivery
  • Develop and deliver scalable technical solutions that empower technical staff
  • Create and facilitate training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities
  • Provide expertise in resolving complex technical issues and serve as a trusted resource for frontline support teams
  • Train and mentor junior support engineers and staff
  • Analyze customer issues, trends, and feedback to inform product development
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Fluent in English and professionally proficient in German or French (both preferred)
  • Deep Expertise in FreeBSD & ZFS
  • Enterprise Storage Solutions Proficiency
  • Advanced Networking Knowledge
  • Multi-OS Proficiency
  • Storage Infrastructure Expertise
  • Advanced Layer 2 & Layer 3 Networking Skills
  • Virtualization Technologies Mastery
  • Leadership in Cross-Departmental Initiatives
