• The Program Manager, Product Roadmap & Solutions serves as a critical connective layer across Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional business teams.
• This role owns the product roadmap grooming process, leads end-to-end program management for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) initiatives, and provides direct leadership oversight of the Solutions team responsible for third-party integrations, certifications, and customer engineering support.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional workstreams to ensure all functions are aligned, prepared, and delivering against release milestones.
• Maintain a master release plan that captures dependencies, timelines, and accountabilities across all impacted teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in NPI and ECN processes to reduce release friction, improve cross-functional efficiency, and enhance product quality at launch.
