Report to the CEO and serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
Act as executive clinical leader and strategic partner to the CEO and COO
Shape clinical vision, drive innovation, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across adult PT, pediatric therapy, and ABA services
Advance clinical differentiation, foster research and training, expand partnerships, and advocate for therapy and innovation
Set the overarching clinical vision for services and develop enterprise-wide clinical strategy
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Clinical Excellence team
Ensure clinical quality, patient safety, and adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations
Design and implement population health and clinical innovation programs leveraging technology and data analytics
Drive research initiatives and develop clinician training programs
Collaborate with health plans, health systems, medical groups, and MSK partners to expand integrated care models
Serve as a visible clinical leader internally and externally and mentor emerging clinical leaders
Requirements
MD, DO, or equivalent clinical leadership credential; board certification required
Minimum 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, including oversight of clinical teams, program development, research, and quality initiatives in a multi-site or multi-service organization
Proven success in building partnerships with health systems, payers, and specialty care providers
Strong strategic, analytical, and operational skills with ability to drive complex initiatives to completion
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic and innovative thinker with passion for improving patient outcomes and societal value
Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior executives
Expertise in quality improvement, clinical program development, change management, and population health
Deep understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and integrated service models
