About the role

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive communications plan for the transformation programme, including a regular communication rhythm and key announcements.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create clear, accurate communication materials that reflect technical detail where required.
  • Produce programme updates and content for business-wide forums, such as Operations Leadership meetings and We Share colleague briefings.
  • Create and maintain programme FAQs and build a robust resource hub on our intranet to support colleague self‑service.
  • Lead and participate in colleague listening groups, gathering feedback to improve communication and engagement.
  • Create reactive communications and respond to evolving programme needs as changes arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading communications for complex programmes within large organisations.
  • Ability to translate complex transformation or regulatory information into clear, engaging messages tailored to different audiences.
  • Strong design skills and confidence using communication/design tools to produce compelling content.
  • Excellent presentation creation skills.
  • Experience in veterinary, dental, healthcare, or other clinical environments.
  • Experience working in large, multi‑site organisations.
