About the role

  • Oversee non-PMS billing customer accounts ensuring transactions are matched and cleared (invoices and cash receipts processed by Genpact) in a timely manner, facilitating the resolution of issues preventing matching.
  • Cash collection (calls) for non-PMS customers to ensure cash collection is maximised, liaising with in country teams to resolve issues
  • Produce and monitor ledger KPIs to drive performance improvement and ensure clear visibility of performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record in credit control experience (B2B), managing multi customer ledger
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to influence and help drive performance of non-direct reporting co-workers (Genpact)
  • Able to respond quickly to queries and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and able to manage competing priorities
  • Previous use of Oracle
