About the role

  • Drive process improvement and strengthen operational controls across billing and cash management activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with processing teams, credit control, and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and resolve process challenges.
  • Enhance end-to-end billing processes and improve accuracy and controls.
  • Support transactional teams with issue resolution and ensure robust onboarding and request governance frameworks are in place.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in identifying process issues and resolving
  • Process management: process mapping, solid understanding of Operating Procedures and Work Instructions governance
  • Process mapping experience
  • Inquisitive and proactive nature to resolve issues.
  • Ability to work off own initiative to identify and progress issues
  • Ability to work with and communicate well with multi-level stakeholders, including Genpact, GPOs, in country teams and IT.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to track improvement progress
  • Support adoption of new processes
  • Knowledge of Oracle
  • Knowledge of Visio, Signavio or similar process mapping and process management tools
  • Exposure / working experience with Six Sigma and Lean
  • Experience and good understanding of Continuous Improvement principles and methodology
  • People management experience
  • Exposure to Project Management
  • Have strong analytical and problem – solving skills
