Manager

• Role Purpose: The role will lead Data Privacy at IVC Evidensia France, part of IVC Evidensia Group, ensuring that the IVCE Privacy program is effectively implemented across Region Western Europe and that key laws and regulations are adhered to.
• Based in our office in La Défense but expected to cover IVC´s Region Western Europe which currently consists of France, Spain, Portugal and Belgium.
• Team: Reports to Group Privacy, with a dotted line to the Legal Director at IVC France. Works closely with IT, HR, Marketing and Communications across the region, as well as with Group Privacy, Compliance and Insurance Team and Group Legal.
• Key Responsibilities: Data Privacy Act as the region's point of contact for privacy-related matters; advise on local privacy laws; conduct DPIAs; implement and advise on compliance with Group privacy policies, procedures and training; advise the business on procurement due diligence and contracting, marketing and websites, technology services and product development, information security for data protection, and other business issues relating to data privacy; oversee processing and handling of personal data; update records of processing activities; review and update DPAs; support region on Data Subject Access Requests; manage privacy-related inquiries, incidents, data breaches; work with regulators; support compliance issues with Group Compliance.
