About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of veterinary clinics
  • Support clinics in implementing HR, administrative, accounting, purchasing, quality, safety and IT processes
  • Manage administrative follow-up (contracts, invoices, suppliers)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and safety rules
  • Contribute to schedule optimization and to the quality of the client experience
  • Participate in the rollout of Group projects and new tools
  • Coordinate between clinics and support services
  • Lead and engage the community of veterinary nurses/assistants (ASV) and take part in organizing events and working groups.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good command of Microsoft Office 365 and Excel
  • Comfortable with numbers and dashboards
  • Comfortable leading and deploying projects
  • Excellent spoken communication and strong written skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Team builder, adaptable, business-, operations- and results-oriented
  • Tenacious, meets deadlines and able to work independently.
