About the role
- Producing high-quality management information and analysis to support Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing actuals, forecasts and budgets for Divisional FP&A and business reviews
- Preparing revenue and cost of sales data during month-end close, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in line with IFRS 15
- Updating financial planning systems with actuals and working with FP&A leads to maintain forecasts
- Tracking development spend against plan and providing insight into variances
- Preparing billing and processing related third-party payments in a structured and timely manner
- Supporting reporting on secondary revenue streams and ensuring accurate recognition and forecasting
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and data quality across the finance hub
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Finance Analyst or similar role
- Understanding of key accounting concepts, including revenue recognition
- Experience analysing financial and operational data from multiple sources
- Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience
