About the role
- Monitor performance and quality indicators.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma completed (Administration, Information Technology, or related fields).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of operational KPIs (SLA, AHT - Average Handle Time, AWT - Average Wait Time, productivity, service/answer rate).
- Knowledge of activation strategies and demand balancing.
- Advanced knowledge of predictive dialing tools, IVR systems, and CRM platforms.
